u need to put config file in ur profile folder...
for xp that is C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\players\profiles\Playername
for vista/7 is C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\players\profiles\Playername
or on custom location if u installed there cod4
