This weekend the second edition of the Gamersject LAN held place in Zagreb, Croatia. The Hungarian side of zeroPoint! Gaming took home the win without losing a map.
The HGspot Centar Utrine in Zagreb was the decor for of one Croatia's most successful LAN's, the Gamersject LAN #2. Some 12 Call of Duty 4 teams battled for a prizepurse of €1050, divided evenly between the top 3 places. Not only were the teams rewarded with cash in their pockets, they also received generous hardware prizes.
Team Imex and
zeroPoint! (ex iNFiNiTY*SKiLLS) won their groups pretty easily without any losses. The playoffs were quite simple for zeroPoint! and after their 4th place at the Crossfire Intel Challenge 7, they took home the gold without much difficulty, triumphing over fellow hungarians
Digestive-Gaming in only one map. Third place went to the czech side

gject also had two overtime matches against confis and digestive which both of them ended in away team taking win being much more prepared compared to just skill of gject players...
And rabbits surely beside lossing to zP on crash werent outplayed by any team , beating confis 13-11 in WB1 and drawing Gject during group stages were impressive results. too bad their player had to go and they just couldnt play anymore....
zP was just above rest of teams, with stormy and boco being front of others...

Imex won against dig 13-3 and 13-6 against confis in groupstages with zeko and rexonja topfragging. And do you seriusly think that imex would take offline failers into their team?
And yes, unr failed, 3/5 from the real lineup were playing. Team gject was unlucky, so many overtimes :/

Best Croatian CoD4 teams are rabbits, imex, unreal and last few months gamersject.
gamersject - they didnt failed... they lost after three overtimes in very tense war. Two of their players played cod2 tournament and were tired.
Imex - they were excelent at every war except at last, their best player terror played cod2 too...
rabbits - Last year gamersject community took rabbits css team(which won CSS part of this LAN) and majority of rabbits cod4 players. Why that happen is a long story but those players are members of rabbits and will always be just now they are playing for gamersject. One month ago, rabbits decided to create new team based on coltie, youngster who is one of the most talented players i ever saw.
Rabbits played only 5 wars before LAN in this lineup and nuke replaced copz only few days before LAN. They won war against Team confis but after that they couldn't play anymore(it was 3 AM) and left... so their results were excellent.
