Team Infused bring in Hostile Faction

After releasing their roster earlier this month, Team Infused returns with signing of the Danish team Hostile Faction, who recently finished 5-8th at the Crossfire Intel Challenge 7 in the Netherlands.

Team Infused has stated they were looking for "a potential Top 10 European roster", and, after featuring various UK based lineups in the past, decided to go for the promising Danish Hostile Faction team, who recently moved back to their old and temporary name Chick Magnets.

The Danes have kept an unchanged roster since December 2009, when they replaced Nick "HELLBABZ" Andersen with Mikkel "k1lm0" Juul and have earned the respect of many top rated teams with their impressive run at the Crossfire Challenge 7.

Going into the tournament as outsiders in Group E, they were able to overcome mTw with relative ease, 13-5 on mp_crash and secured a second place in their group, behind H2k. In the playoffs, the Danish team took out eSuba in two straight maps, 13-10 on mp_crash and 16-12 on mp_strike, before losing to the eventual tournament champions, fnatic, in a close game (mp_crash: 10-13 and mp_crossfire: 11-13).

With the support of Team Infused, the Danes will be making their appearance at the SteelSeries eSport Challenge the end of April and are expected to be present at this year's summer LAN's.

In addition, Team Infused are a very well known professional and strong organization in the European Call of Duty community, so it's really nice to be a part of them.

The plans of the team are to attend the TLD LAN, SteelSeries Esports Challenge, AEF and TEX, as well as attending all online tournaments we find interesting.

We would also like to thank the Team Infused Management for giving us this fantastic opportunity and we're looking forward to many good times under the Team Infused name.

After releasing our former British roster, we had to think long and hard about our next decision to ensure it was the correct one for Team Infused, and to garentee we made a positive step forward. We believe this team is a combination of young and exciting talent which can bring exactly that to the table, and ensure the Team Infused name regains its position within the European Top 10 of Call of Duty 4, with time, dedication and hard work.

Our brand new team will be present at the SteelSeries Esports Challenge later next month flying the Team Infused banner, as well as competing in the Premier Division of the Vita Nova League. We all wish our new roster the very best of luck!"
