UPDATE
The signups for the Vita Nova League will be closing at 23:59 CET (22:59 GMT) tomorrow evening, the 17th of March. The admins have also stated that the player GUIDs will need to be valid before the 20th of March, otherwise your team will not be accepted.
The league is called "Enemydown League hosted by Vita Nova." To actually join the league go to: www.enemydown.eu > COD4 PC > Tournaments > Enter Tournament.
Remember this is only for preinvite/invite teams at this moment in time. A public league will be open after a season of the preinvite/invite league has been played.
Format of the league
There will be 5 leagues:
- Premier Division
- First Division
- Second Division
- Third Division
- Fourth Division
Teams who sign up will be accepted by wizinium or Kleineman. Once signups close then the teams will be ranked into the leagues, each league is made up of 8 teams.

Remember this is a test season and will be labelled season 0. We will be using this test season to test out the admins, the site and the rules put in place. If anyone has any questions regarding the league, then feel free to join #vita-nova or #enemydown.cod4 and message tek9|wizinium or Kleineman or any of the admins mentioned above. You must be in #enemydown.cod4 at quakenet before the league starts.
Statement Will "wizinium" Hunter, Head ED Admin and Project Manager of Vita Nova: "It's a great day for the community as the league has finally been announced. Like I have said, this is a test season and a lot of feedback will be given to us and we will use it before the proper launch of the league. We expect a large amount of signups from the preinvite/invite channels, as we need everyone to take part in order for it to be a success. We want this league to be the pinnacle of COD4 online competition and we can do it if the community get behind the league. In terms of Vita Nova, we are working hard behind the scenes and we do have news for you soon, so stay tuned. Good luck to all teams taking part."

After hearing about his 'man management' techniques he exercised on his players at the recent CiC7 event, I understandably had doubts about his character. Nonetheless, I'm a civilized man and gave him the benefit of the doubt - a mistake I deeply regret. I simply asked 'twrs' for help to sign up to the Enemy Down website, as I was having trouble navigating the site. What was the response I got? A torrent of unfounded abuse. "Thicko" "How hard is it navigate a website idiot?" "Dumbasses like you don't belong here" are just a selection of the more mild abuse that was barraged at me. Knowing full well that children visit this website, I'll refrain from posting the more, frankly, disgusting messages he sent me.
I would like Vita Nova to reconsider Mr. Towers's position, as evidently this man shouldn't in a position of power.

If you sign up with your team, and your team splits up during the season. are you allowed to join an other team which is participating in vita nova aswell? or does it depend on the division u play?
aswell as whats with wildcards n stuff. are we able to move dates during the 2 games a week or are we forced to play them on exactly that date, that time.
and whats with adding ppl during the season? can a team add players while the season is going or are the teams locked till the season finishs?
few things i really have to know as far as possible :D
- You can join other teams, exact wording is in the rules.
- Why would you need to wildcard, games can be played whenever pretty much
- Check the rules once again :S
