After the succesful conclusion of the Outpost on Fire 3 event for Call of Duty 4 and Counter-Strike Source we are now proud to announce a Call of Duty 2 edition. After seeing the feedback from the community months ago it was clear to us that we could not let the Call of Duty 2 community out in the cold as they also clearly wanted a LAN event again. The forums were buzzing with people trying to get something sorted and an event together so we wanted to help!
So here it is, Outpost on Fire 3, the Call of Duty 2 edition. The event is scheduled for the first weekend of September thus the
4th of September till the 6th of September. The event will have 3,000 € up for grabs for the best Call of Duty 2 team out there. Once again Outpost Antwerp is home to the event with which it all started and with the game it also started with! Call of Duty 2 teams from all over Europe should be able to show their skills against fellow teams and fight it out on the virtual battleground.
Here is the prize distribution for the event (which can increase if a lot of teams decide to attend):
1st : 1,500 € cash
2nd : 750 € cash
3rd : 500 € cash
4th : 250 € cash
Total : 3,000 € cash
For more information or if you wish to register I suggest you visit the official website right here: http://www.outpostonfire.com/cod2/public/
See you all in Antwerp (again) !

I think its going to be the 'final' lan though, and not the first of many. Im sure it will be fun, and people, attend!

who gives a damn about your opinion. Can't you just let other teams have fun playing their game..I don't like cod4 either but you haven't seen me whining in the cod4 outpost topic? If you have no interest for the game or it's too dead for you then this is not the place to be.
Bye
I've seen about 10 players already asking to be mix. If someone takes the lead and contacts 4 of them, you can easily assemble your team! Gl
