Richard "noctis" Gansterer will look to defend his King of the Hill title live on ESL-TV tonight when he goes up against three of Germany's top QuakeLive talents. The IEM finalist previously defeated Maciej "av3k" Krzykowski 7 to 4 on ZTN (ESL VOD) to earn the title but will have to overcome Marcel "k1llsen" Paul, Oleg "d1ablo" Kogut and Benjamin "calipt" Jakob in succession tonight if he wants to hold on to it.
"noctis" has made light work of many of Europe's established Quake stars in recent weeks, only coming up short againt Shane "rapha" Hendrixson in Cologne, and will go into tonight's matches as the clear favourite. Although both "d1ablo" and "calipt" failed to make it past the second round at the IEM Pro/Am and "k1llsen" couldn't crack the top eight at Quakecon a victory tonight for any of the three would certainly put them back on the map in European Quake.
The games will be shown live at 19:00 CET on ESL-TV with fan favourites James "2GD" Harding and Mikael "PURRI" Tarvainen in the commentary box once more. Details of the stream can be found below with a low quality version available for free or a high quality subscription version available for less then €3 a month.
