No school like the new school

Teams interested in entering Summer Cup II from ESL have just one more day to get signed up. The single elimination tournament features new Quake Live maps and promises plenty of competitive action to get excited about. Teams are required to check in between 19:30 CEST and 19:45 CEST with the first match getting underway at 20:00. The tournament is set to be competitive from the off; a first come, first serve policy is to be used for check ins.

To determine the order of map picking, each team nominates one player to face off with a 100/100 stack. Whoever survives the pummel duel chooses the first map. In the event of a third map being required, the team with the most frags begins by removing a map. Each team alternates until one map remains.
