Next Evolution Sign Up nEophyte

The British side of Next Evolution Gaming had been on the look-out for a new Call of Duty 4 team to join up with their organisation and after sieving through a bunch of potential teams, they ended up with the Czech team of nEophyte to attend the Summer LANs under their name.

The Czech team has been one of the stronger teams in the Czech community and has increasingly become stronger and stronger in Europe as well. The side first gained international acclaim after they managed to beat both eSuba and Power Gaming at the local World Gamemasters Tournament in 2010 and ended winning the tournament.

A bit later in the year, they attended the Polish Euphoric Saycom Challenge 1 and beat out teams such as CEFO and Team GIGABYTE before losing the Grand Final of the tournament to the then Danish Dynamic Gaming. These are all signs that the team has become a possible team to watch out for in 2011.

With their extra support, the team surrounding Jirí "GeorgE" Grohol is setting their eye on the Summer events with TheLastResort's eSports Challenge as the first big international event. On a side note, the team added Josef "meny" Otta not too long ago, the player who attended the SteelSeries Esports Challenge in March, 2010 with eSuba and is seen as an upcoming talent in the Czech scene.

One of the strongholds in the team, Jirí "GeorgE" Grohol, had the following to say about joining up with Next Evolution Gaming:

" At first we'd like to thank nEophyte for their support over the last months and that they sent us on several Czech LANs and one international LAN in Poland. All of our requirements were satisfied and we are thankful for that. Unfortunately we want to attend big EU lans and face top EU teams, but that is a goal we can't achieve with nEophyte's limited budget.  As of this moment our squad is made of the best players our country can provide, not only because of our good results against top EU teams and stable top1 position amongst Czech teams; it's also due to lots of break-ups on the Czech scene, which we took advantage of and empowered our line-up with Josef "meny" Otta, most likely the best Czech sniper after paradox. First event we'd like to attend would be TLR eSports challenge. That's why we decided to roll the hard six and give a shot to a new coming team Next Evolution, who offered us great but also reasonable deal. We're looking forward to our future co-operation and hope we won't disappoint each other."

The organisation's manager, Zac "IMaG" Bell, had some words to add to that statement as well:

" I am very pleased to announce our Call of Duty 4 team, Formerly known as nEophyte. we have been in contact with the team and it is an absolute pleasure working with them. The team will attend their first LAN event under Next Evolution at MSI Grunex LAN #2 and we are really looking forward to see what these guys can do with more events later on down the line.
