No doubt Kick Energy is a name you will recognise, but for the few of you who have somehow missed out, here's a quick refresher: they make really awesome energy drinks. Well, the clue was in the name, wasn't it? Inspired by their recent partnership with Batman: Arkham City, Kick are running two great competitions right now, and it's genuinely hard to decide which one boasts the better prize.
On the one hand, you can enter to win the "Ultimate Hero Gadget Pack", which is worth more than £2,500. On the other, hand you could design your own gadget. And they will actually make it.
The Ultimate Hero Gadget Pack contains: a 42" TV and blu-ray player, an ASUS laptop, a PS3 with 10 games, an Intempo Ipod dock, Skullcandy headphones, an Olympus TOUGH camera, a Flip video camera, and even more! So you can see why they feel the right to make you work pretty hard to be in with a chance of winning - actually scrap that, all you have to do is enter your details and you're in the competition.
Of course, if you aren't the lucky winner of that grand prize, you're always in with a shot of winning one of five PS3 Slim with Batman: Arkham City packages or one of five Sidekick Gadget Packs worth over £100, or one of 100 exclusive limited edition Batman: Arkham City t-shirts.
And then there's the Create Your Own Gadget competition, which does exactly what it says on the tin. All you have to do is come up with a creative idea and submit it, and after the competition closes they will pick the best idea and... make it reality.
Of course, even Kick are constrained by the laws of science, so don't get your hopes up that you'll finally be able to get a pair of x-ray specs, or a magic wand that Harry Potter would be proud of; that said, they're not looking for someone to suggest a torch/bottle opener combo - set your sights high.
