KaoS welcome former Rodcad players

Kaos Contingency returns to Call of Duty 4 with the signing of a new, Benelux based, Call of Duty 4 team.

Joining the Dutch organisation are three members of the former Rodcad Gaming team, who made their appearance at the Crossfire Intel Challenge 7 two weeks ago but failed to make it out of the groupstages, finishing third in their group, behind YoYoTech and SPEEDLINK.

With their switch to KaoS, the team have decided to part ways with Jim "ownrr" de Ronde, Jente "niZ" Pauwels and George "RAIVZ" Marsh. The trio will be replaced by Tom "qdam" Veldhuis and Boudewijn "aerox" Verleg, who recently left TBH after a short spell.

Statement Boudewijn "aerox" Verleg: "After a short spell in TBH.ASUS, I split up with them, after I found that my ideology was different to theirs. I started looking for a different team, and soon found that soose, prekii and Bart were looking for some new players. I hooked up with them, as I was friends with all three of them, and found out that my old team mate qdam was also included in the line up. After a couple of games, I felt the proverbial click with the team, and we've been going from strength to strength.

And now, I'm proud to announce, that due to the hard work of prekii and soose, we can reveal that we have been accepted as the Call of Duty 4 team for KaoS Contingency. I met up with the managers of the organisation, and after a pleasant chat, we felt that we could both benefit from a partnership. We will represent KaoS on all the local lans in the Benelux, as well as trying to attend some of the more renowned lans in Europe. CU @ LAN :D."
