IntroductionAfter a night of drunken debauchery, both titan teams square up for the first time in the tournament, but a las, where is tomzki? Time fades on by, each second fading into the next. Then, out of no where, a wild ginger appears in the form of Kex as he casually strolls down, gives nathan a hug and explains the current status of his awol member. The tension is rising, blight getting restless in the presence of what is sure to be one hell of a game.
Then, after a 32 minute wait, the Upper Bracket final commences.
The Knife RoundHainy, going in for what he hopes will be his first successful knife round (his hands are cold). He flanks around the b alley, pushes mid house while his team mates fall all around him. He takes down one, but fails to find his knife button for the others.
Blight start on the offensive.
The First HalfSkier with SMG in hand pushes out onto tank and runs straight into A, takes down one but then gets shut down. We're now in a two v three situation, leezki evens it up to a two v two with a scope shot onto a from B ruins. Smithie, pushing out slowly towards laundry, checking all corners but no one is in sight. He doubles back to mid house but leezki beats him to the frag. The last infused player, kex, is located and the round is theirs.
Smithie in a two v two, takes down pansy and the bricks call goes up, Smithie wraps up the round, blight are in the lead.
Hainy pushes to L bend whilst shouting “NO SILLY ROUNDS”. Runs straight into the A bomb site whilst both sides take heavy casualties. Two v one and the bomb is down. Hainy on the bomb site with skier in garage eagerly awaiting kex’s arrival, he perishes to a hail of hainies gun fire.
Smithie pushing into MG building, dashes upwards and survays the B side push, but gets taken down from top A. One v five, hainy left, he takes down one, tags up upper A but then dashes into the safety of mid house, where he soon gets dispatched.
Hainy smoking up A, with alpha’s nade connecting onto nathan. Pansy taking out smithie on lower B and hainy finds himself in yet another 1v5, taking down one of the opposition but then gets taken down by upper B ruins.
Smithie, near the tank, pushing through the smoke towards mid house. See’s nothing, ascendes to top mid roof. Infused are at this stage sitting in, calculating their next move. Smithie tags up an enemy player in top B ruins, and hainy quickly takes pansy’s down. The bomb goes down on the B site and hainy claims the round.
Four - Two for Blight.
Mex nading on Nathan once again, with skier pushing onto the A site. His screen goes white, the tension rises but he falls back to the clutches of his team mates. He takes down one inside A, then pansy, then mid garage, then red crate, what a beautiful display of talent. He then wraps up the round with a sneaky push to B ruins, ace.
Hainy, still throwing supporting nades and smokes on the 1min20sec mark, pushes through onto L bend. Dashes into a site and straight plant the site where he quickly gets taged up, the bomb goes down but blight get squished. Three players still up from infused and the bomb goes down.
Smithie smoking lower B ruins, then pushes around to mg alley, covering his progressing team mates as he goes. On next glance he takes down kowa, then Kex and B is open. Gurders goes down and pansy once again finds herself getting impaled by a hail of lead.
Six to Three in favour of blight.
Leezki now in a one v three, gets taken down Kowa and the round difference gets shortened.
Skier makes it onto A site where Pansy gets taken down. The A site is cleared but there’s two left on B with one in mid. With a combined team effort they take down the opposition, with a point blank unscope onto a B aggressor.
On a slow B push both sides take casualties, but towards the later end of the round Infused get the advantage, it’s two v four and Blight get surrounded. The first half ends with Blight having a two round advantage, as they enter what is argued to be the easier side.
2nd HalfSkier starts of the round with a rotated push to B, taking down one with a nade. Kex finds himself into A and finds two blight players, but skier evens up the round taking down one in lower mid, then upper A. Meanwhile his team mates get’s decimated, he’s in a two v one and the round is lost.
Hainy with the garage push, awaiting an agressor into his territory, pushes to the doorways and attempts to wall bang an enemy player in A. Pansy takes down skier from mid house and it’s four v four. Tom finds leezki and the A plant calls go out. Nathan onto kex and hainy onto tom. Smithie finds Kowa and nathan claims the round.
Eight - Six to Blight
Nathan waits on girders for incoming nades, which infused are so well known for. He rotates to the B side for the anticipated push, whips out the deagle and attemps to take out upper B ruins, but gets caught in between hainy and an infused player, and gets taken out by his own team mate. Three v two, three v zero.
Nine - Six to Blight.
Skier nades on in L bend, nathan taking down one on grey car. But tom is having none of it taking down two of the blight players in what must have been a near plus ten. Both sides sit in, awaiting incoming foes from all sides Blight find one and the A calls go out. Both sides take down one and hainy wall bangs the final player on the A site.
Ten - Six to Blight
Leezki runs out onto the B bomb site and specs the mid house window. No body shows so he pushes to top B ruins, trying to get the pic onto middle, he finds it and connects. Pushing round now to MG, then L bend, he closes in on the soon to be planted bomb. Pansy takes down two blight players, then three and the round is theirs.
Ten - Seven to Blight.
Following Hainy now, on lower B rins, taking a peek onto the heavily smoked A site. Pushes to MG and tries to kill one on A bricks, but is caught out in the open and it taken down. Infused are really taking control of the A site now, and they claim anouther round.
Hainy nades pansy on A, tag calls getting called on the A nades. Scopes exchange frags and it’s three vs two in blights advantage. Skier wallbangs the A site in anticipation of a plant but team kills smithie through a wall, at least we know his wall bangs work right guys? Skier finding himself on mid roof, with leezki calling the bombs position. Fake plants go out with skier taking the bait, but the infused player doesn't take advantage of the opportunity. He fakes again, but this time shuts down skier. One v one but kowa goes down.
Three v three, hainy in mid garage with skier taking down alpha at tank. What appears to be a fake plant goes down, but in reality it’s, well, real, and blight get taken down in confusion.
Eleven - Nine to Blight.
Smithie nades an infused player, and pansy finds nathan. Kex onto smithie with the scope but skier sprays down one more. Three vs three with the bomb explosives clock counting down. Pansy takes down one more after skier evens up the round.
Infused are closing up the rounds.
Three vs four and and infused gets the bomb down once more. Blight finding themselfs on the back foot in a three vs two, then a two vs two ut leezki takes down one, then hainy takes down the final player.
Match point for blight.
Nathan waiting for the anti A rush nades, pushes into the internal ladder inside A. Skier clears the A offenders, but two more push onto nathan and take him down. Skier leaps out of upper A and takes down kex, and hainy wins the game.
