We've had plenty of delays, but at long last the group stages of Multiplay's insomnia40 are over.
Starting at 10am this morning, over 100 gamers have been battling it out to get their teams out of the groups. With a rigorous and unforgiving schedule, some teams have been playing on-stop to get the playoffs starting in good time.
The top 4 teams from each group qualify for the playoffs, which will be carried out in traditional Multiplay style - Double elimination, best of 1 map. The teams that made it through to the playoffs are as follows:

As you can see, we have had no major upsets. All 8 seeds made it through their groups relatively unscathed, although there were a few surprise results. Our attention now turns to the playoffs, where a lot of upsets and tense matches will take place.
UV did well, got the same amount of points as us (SFz) and zeroE, only came 4th due to round difference. We were 9-3 up and they brought it back to win 13-11.
Expected them to easily beat zE and yourself as I rate them a lot higher than either of the teams you mentioned, they've always performed much better against us than zeroE did.
