Followed by their previous cup called insidiae SteelSeries E-S.se Cup, the very same organisation has announced that they'll host yet another cup during September and October. Reason Gaming and Vivid Gaming played in the grand final of the previous cup and Reason managed to win with two to one in map scores.
The second edition will have room for 64 teams in a format that includes group stages followed by playoffs. Teams will be divided into 16 groups with four in each and the two best teams will get a place in the single elimination playoffs. Desbite the fact that the sign-ups are already open, the tournament itself will begin 27th of September with group stages and the grand final is scheduled for 22nd-25th of October. The eventual winners will get products from SteelSeries and a 12 slot German gameserver powered by e-s.se (ExcellentServers).
In order to participate, you must create an account on insidiae's website and then you have to creat a team. In there you'll see a SteelSeries cup link in user panel and then just fill in the forms.
