The game starts off with Dignitas losing the knife round to a 1v2 clutch by the only non-english member of the TCM team, robyee. TCM choose attack and start with the aim
The game begins with 4 quick rounds, neither side showing play dominant over the other It comes down to a 2-2 score after less than 5 minutes.
In round 5 TCM make a slow push into A, sitting back and waiting for the Dignitas players to peek. They take their time and eventually get the advantage, with 3 frags in quick succession to force Dignitas out of the A site. Dignitas attempt to get back in but TCM are having none of it and quickly shut them down. 3-2
TCM opt for a faster round and get right into A this time, a change in tactics that takes Dignitas off guard to widen the gap at 4-2.
Round 7 imitates TCM's earlier play, in as much as they make no significant pushes early on, but wait for the right moment to move. Robyee strikes and the team fly into B bombsite, exchanging frags but retaining their advantage. It's 2v1 with the bomb down, and lookzor can't clutch it. 5-2
TCM again try the fast A push, but Lookz is in place on wicker and takes down 3 in a row to really blunt the attack. Mick and mark follow through with an ak and a nade frag respectively to take the score to 5-3
Blackmane and raz areagainst vasquez in the deciding moments of round 9, and as the the attacker pushes into the site he is surrounded and gunned down. Clinical play from Team Dignitas. 5-4
5-4 and TCM revert back to their slower play. With several men all the way back at spawn, Dignitas are reluctant to move out of their spots and become well entrenched. However, TCM know where they are because they have no intention of moving, and are baotit them out ito take it to 6-4
Blackmane goes down in the first few seconds of the round, to a cry of "fucking hell". Dignitas strike back but TCM aren't letting them get into it al that easily. TCM all push B with the exception of vasquez, who waits in overlook to kill the rotaters. 7-4 TCM
Blackmane drops 2 in a single shot, and lookzx follows with +10 from his AK-47. TCM's attempt an A rush is thwarted and Phantasy is the last man. He gets 2 but cant finish it off as mark's nade homes in on his solitary head. 7-5
As we switch over at half time a noticeable change occurs in Dignitas's play. While before they seemed to be playing more loosely and without proper co-ordination, this round they plan their attack and move together in a B push. However, TCM must have been expecting this as they shut down all the Dignitas players in and around flower's in a matter of seconds.The last 2 Dignitas players retreat to their spawn and attempt to move round into A. TCM are more than aware of their location, however, and push up and pen them in. Blackmane gets 2 but can't keep it up, going down kicking and screaming to lose the round. 8-5
Dignitas make a slow push up through Middle house and B, picking up 2 frags onto the TCM players in A in the process. Raz calls the rotate and the team react with lighting speed, all making their way into positions to defend their newly captured A bombsite.TCM try to get back in but there is really no way they can manage it 2 players down and in weak positions. 8-6
Dignitas try and keep the adrenaline flowing with a fast B push, getting the bomb down and then flanking TCM's A defence to stop them rotating sufficiently. They shut them down and win the round to make it 8-7
Dignitas get into A fast and TCM appear to have lost conbtrol of the game. They end with just robyee against 3 angry Brits with the bomb down. They fan out, and robyee strikes. He gets 2 deagle frags to make it a 1v1. Mark gets into position and waits, posied like a tiger, waiting for Robyee to make his move. A head comes into view and mark goes for it, taking the frag and the thus the round. 8-8
Dignitas push hard B but aren't able to get through a far more agressive TCM defence than usual. Taken aback, Dig lose the momentum of the attack and are forced back to the other bomsite. TCM push in rapidly and take it 9-8
Another fast round, with the two sides coming face to face in seconds in a heated clash. Whe smoke clears TCM have the man advantage, and they play the round out to win it. 10-8
Dignitas push into A and TCM lose men, but not witohut a fight. It's 3on3 and Dignitas are held up inside A with the bomb planted. Vasquez comes out of nowhere, and racks up the frags like there's no tomorrow. The remainin Dignitas fall like flies to Vasquez as he wins his team the round. 11-8
Again Dignitas push into A, but it's not enough because TCM are watching the cross. Blackmane rages "why would you cross without smoke", and the angry welshman has a point. TCM are in place fast enough to catch them before the smoke has fully thickened. The move costs Dignitas the round as they are unable to recover. 12-8
It's match point TCM and again Dignitas push A. Taking blackmane's advice, the smokes come a little earlier and Dignitas manage to get inside before Robyee can do too much damage. It's looking up for Dignitas with a 4on4 with the bomb down, not to mwntion their significant presence in A. That is until Phantasy comes leaping into A, taking down 2 Dignitas players in 1 burst. TCM seize the moment and pile in on the remaining Dignitas men, taking the defuse and hence their spot in the Upperbracket final at 13-8.
