gene rejoins SPEED-LINK, thunder steps away

On monday we published a news that said thunder had left his long time home SK Gaming due to internal conflicts from he quickly joined up with another German team SPEED-LINK. They were in a need of a player because gene wasn't able to participate the LANs in the summer.

Now, less than a week from the announcement, SPEED-LINK has announced yet another lineup change. To be honest, their lineup won't change that much as they have re-added gene to their active roster with thunder no longer being part of the team. gene has been able to solve the issues at his work that were holding him back from attending LANs this summer. Unfortunately thunder wasn't available to comment the situation altho he is wearing the SK irc tag again.

The second grand final of Clanbase EuroCup XVII between SPEED-LINK and H2k Gaming has been scheduled for June 24th at 22.30 CET, will we see the end then?

Statement smithz: "Firstable iam very glad to announce our fellow mate gene is back. His issues with his new work caused to not let him join further lans with us are solved. He will be function as our new / old 5th member. On the other side i have to say we have to let thunder go. I dont know how to say or iam not really allowed (i cant say) the reasons but he just cant play for us. There are severaly points of views about this but as far i can go i can just say we are dissapointed of SK. I wish volkan the best of luck in his future."
