Last week we announced the start of the Full Tilt Poker Rush Poker Challenge, where e-sports luminaries were invited to try their hand at this new, fast-paced and exciting way to play the game. Now, the first week is out the way and we can see who has got to grips with the format. The contestants for the first phase of the competition are the Enemy Territory legend Stuart "TossPot" Saw, 1.6 godhead Emil "HeatoN" Christensen, Call of Duty scope expert Stevy "stevy" Verheyen and Finnish CS:S veteran Juha "aNgeldusT" Kurppa.
One of these players is in the lead with +$31.27, another has had an absolute nightmare and is bringing up the rear with -$89.33. But who is rushing into a commanding lead and who is rushing to the exit? Will Stuart have "tossed" in a hand too many, will Emil be feeling the "heat", will Stevy be "sniping" those big pots or will Juha have earned his wings?
To find out who is who and to get away from all these puns head on over to the
Rush Poker Challenge website where you can keep an eye on how the first week has treated your e-sports favourite. The site features a comprehensive break down of all the statistics and some rather fetching graphs so you can chart the players progress and see where they went wrong or very, very right.
Don't forget as well that there will be more announcements made regarding Full Tilt Poker for all ur readers in the near future.
