Following a 9-12th finish at the Multiplay i34, the British Counterstrike: Source team fm! Toxic has announced the removal of
X. Despite getting off to a good start, winning their first two Upperbracket matches with relative ease and only losing to London Mint by the smallest margin, 14-16, things went downhill in the Lowerbracket and the team ended up losing to zen with a clear 5 to 16 score.
Changes were expected and just days after the event fm! Toxic decided to remove X and bring in Mousetek player
Re1ease, who will join the team in their preparations for the PC Gamer Showdown and i35.

Statement fm! Toxic KritikaL, www.cadred.org: "After i34 there were obvious problems, I think anyone who saw us play at i34 could tell that we had problems within the team, and we knew that we would have to fix it as soon as possible. This roster change will allow us to put the maximum amount of time into practising for PC Gamer Showdown and i35. Dan has played with us, and literally I’ve seen nothing else like it, this kid is something special.
I think everyone who has seen him play will agree with me that he is an absolute awesome fragger, his aim is something else and his game sense and clutch knowledge is something I’m definitely going to learn from. The reactions from the rest of the team are just as amazed as well. I’m more than happy with Dan in the team, I wish him good luck, but honestly I don’t think he needs it."
