A new name makes a foray into the often undervalued world of CoD4 cup hosting today - Hungarian organisation Esport Fineness.
Their inaugural cup will run over one week later this month, and feature up to 64 teams fighting it out in a double elimination tournament, streamed live by RageTV. The cup will have a sign up fee of 10 Euros, all of which will be going into the prize fund. In fact, the total prizefund will exceed money collected from entry fees.
The prize pot is triggered for 32 and 64 teams, and the breakdown is as follows:
Prize pot for 32 Teams - €750 €360 €200 €100 4th. €50 5th-6th. €20 5th-6th. €20 Prize pot for 64 Teams - €1100 €500 €250 €150 4th. €100 5th-6th. €50 5th-6th. €50
The double elimination bracket will be Bo3 in the upper bracket and Bo1 in the lower bracket, played on the standard 5-map maplist. Maps are decided by VETO and TZAC will be enforced. For a full rules breakdown and details on how to sign up, head on over to the Esport Fineness website below.
the site launches in 54 minutes. You will be able to see the details, sign up your team and register on the site then :D

sites shit and doesnt let me sign up, when i click register it just has crosses on my password with no reason, but no matter how many passwords i try something is wrong
We have tested the site for weeks, and found nothing like you have mentioned. try with a different browser or write a ticket and we will help you!
(and we're having tons of registered users.)
I fail to understand logic like this. Are you saying you'd rather receive nothing? And who exactly says you have to split the money like that? Why not use the money for a server or put it towards the team's entry to a LAN event or something like that?
I'd sure as hell prefer to win £4 than nothing. If you're not satisfied with that, then play better to win more.
Oh Sean, why do you waste your breath on the idiots that seem to be all over the UK?
If they can't appreciate even the smallest amount of money, then they obviously don't deserve it.
they(/we since im now the cod2 head admin) have organised several cod2 cups with money and they instantly transfer the money trough paypal after the tournament.
about the top3 payout, we would like to award the lower teams, to get a chance to win something when there are a lot of higher teams on the cup.
about the legit thing, it's like our 8th cup, all was with prize money without entrance fee, in cod4 and in cod2 aswell.
The organisation is Austrian not Hungarian, and the site is protected by Geotrust which checks who they're working with
