delirious Tired of eMpathy Support

A  little more than four months ago eMpathy announced the pick-up of an all Swedish team. But a new year, new chances and new hope separate the paths between the Swedish team and eMpathy.

In the four months that the team have represented eMpathy they have established a team, that is able to compete with the top tier teams of Call of Duty. delirious, which is the team's temporary name, did well both on LAN and online. The team played a good LAN at the Helsinki CoD Challenge #2, where they ended as fourth after winning the consolation final against EMPIRE. More recently, the team ended second, just behind Malik-Esports, in the CGm.

The team left eMpathy, because they didn't feel like the organisation could support them enough in the future, so they decided to leave in the hope there is an organisation out there that has the funds to help them get to more international events in 2012. Delirious, built around Andreas "azeo" Westerlund, whose good performance over the past couple of month hasn’t gone unnoticed is nominated for Rising Talent of 2011 in the TEK-9 Awards, can prove that they are a team to watch in the 2nd season of the CyberGamer Invite League.

With the start of 2012 and many promising events being announced we have after consulting sh0x decided to leave eMpathy and start looking for another organisation that can support us more throughout the year and help us attend as many events as possible.
