After parting ways with its Belgian CoD4 team ( MITOX3, GreenY, sloom, kEVINNNN & niZ) the beginning of August, today Insidiae officially revealed its new line-up and welcomed the newly formed UK team close2insanity.

The recently established close2insanity team was started up ex-SoF2 player vithos, who decided to team-up with former Team CoolerMaster teammate killzx to create a brand new line-up. In an attempt to establish themselves as one of the leading team's in the UK, c2i welcomed Reason Gaming CGS stand-in twrs and LuNi, who had been a part of both Exabyte and Team CoolerMaster earlier this year.

The last two slots have been filled by the relatively unknown UK player smithiE (Team Gamble) and back-up player Edd, who some of you might remember from his time in Team eSourceUK back in CoD2.

Statement insidiae arnhoe: "Well it started several days before i34. Anthony - vithos was talking about a team called MysteryMen. I started to run the negotiations with them after i34. On i34, smithiE one of their players, played a very nice event with finishing 8th-16th place. After i34, Anthony launched a new team, close2insanity, where we see the return of Soldier of Fortune 2 and ex-TCM star player, killzx. Aswell as twrs, who returns after playing for Mystery Men, and being a stand-in for teams such as TCM and Reason-Gaming. The next two players, we see rather unknown smithiE, who has a lot of potential in the bag, the other player is LuNii ex-exabyte, Reason-Gaming & Team Coolermaster, who closes the main lineup. Last but not least, backup player Edd."

Statement insidiae vithos: "Today we'd like to announce our Call of Duty 4 team that will be joining the ranks of insidiae. We are quite a new team, but consist of players with alot of experience that have played with eachother in the past and know eachother very well. With the returns to action of players such as killzx, twrs & edd we're definitely looking to do our best under the insidiae name. I had approached arno about two weeks ago about joining his organisation because of wanting to represent an MGC instead of staying a single team, such as my past team Mystery Men. Our future plans as of now are to attend Multiplay's i35 and hopefully get to the PCGamer Showdown, So we shall hopefully see you at both LAN's but if not, we will definitely be at the next iSeries.

Shoutouts to arno, zai0s, Adz, s1rus and last but not least all of my team."

xml - saying that ive achieved nothing in gaming is right, but what have u achieved? uve got more chance getting passed the groupstage at a i series that hitting the sun with a snow ball.

as for numbers, we're a 6 man team...there was alot of choices to fill the team, he wasn't any LAST choice, he was actually 2nd in the team before luni twrs killzx and edd. his skills are up to ours, he's got good comms and gamesense, and he's active and dedicated, skill isn't everything.

can hardly try and assume you know how good someone is when you don't know them, names don't speak for everything.

i meant from what ive seen vithos, against, heard about, playing with, he didnt stand out from team gamble, which isnt great really, but i could be wrong, teams dont need all fraggers so i hope it works, and hope you stay together longer than previous mysterymen lineups for arnos sake
