"Sort of relating back to the previous question, how has this sort of technology-driven movement changed your life personally? How has it made you look differently at things, or go about doing tasks with this insane amount of technology being incorporated in everyday things?
I grew up in a weird in-between time before the internet was everywhere. It was a time where you wouldn't text your friends because some of them wouldn't have that enabled, and it would cost them a lot of money. Chat rooms were things that people actually used. I think having that experience of computers and technology a little pre-social media and pre-UI streamlining and simplification allows everyone my age a total leg up on the current generation of internet users in terms of technical aptitude. Then again, it's a bunch of information and skills that are rapidly becoming obsolete. We look at things like the iPad and scoff, when we should realize that the simplification of experience it represents is the way the world is going, and we're becoming technological dinosaurs."
