Another edition of the popular ASUS LAN series has come to an end with Alexei "Cypher" Yanushevsky taking first place in Moscow, Russia.

The Belarusian powerhouse dropped only one map throughout the tournament, versus the Russian player Agent in the groupstages (T9: 11-13) and seemed unstoppable. The Serious Gaming player defeated main rival Anton "Cooller" Singov in the Upperbracket Semi-Final with clear numbers (ZTN: 22-4, DM6: 16-5).

Meeting agent, the only player to have taken a map off Cypher, in the Upperbracket Final, the title favorite managed to secure his place in the Grand Final after a tight win on ZTN, 8-7 and a 21-14 victory on T9.

Coming back from the Lowerbracket, Anton "Cooller" Singov faced his Belarusian rival once more in the ASUS Spring 2010 Quake Live Grand Final, but was unable to walk away with the win after two close maps, 7-9 on T9, 5-6 on ZTN.

An overview of the playoffs can be found below.
