AMD Minimovie Contest Update

With the signups closing in just three days, we wanted to give you all an update on the signups thus far and we will also make the obligatory introduction video for this contest available for download. It is with great pleasure to announce that so far, we have received 219 ! succesful applications which is a number far beyond our wildest imaginations. We obviously know that not everyone who signed up will be able to make and release a video on time and that from the 219 succesful applications plenty will not be able to upload something but looking at the conversion rate for the previous contest (which was slightly over 50%) we should see quite a good number of movies enter.

Suprising as well is the wide range of games that signed up to the contest, which does us pleasure as the contest is no longer Call of Duty biased. Here is the full list of games:
