H2k Gaming needed to win this match to fight off doubts about their possible form, heading into the bracket. PGS Gaming, at the same time, had nothing to lose and just gave it their best and this pressure-free approach to the game really helped them pick up the first spot in the group.

After a small dispute about possible screen watching, PGS Gaming and H2k Gaming were both ready to fight for spot one. Neither of the teams had lost a match prior to this one and PGS are a team that grow in tournaments and are known to cause an upset here or there at previous events.

The setting is mp_crash and PGS start off on defence. Immediately the match starts off close, with a 1 v 1 deciding the second round and H2k's mySn pulled it off with some nice prediction fire under the truck at the B bomb.

H2k were looking the better team, with mySn in particular having one of his better matches, securing two rounds on his own for the Swedes. On PGS's side, Lokacz is winning the duels between himself and qLimAzxU, taking him down by either nades or simply having quicker reflexes. The match drew closer again and with 4 rounds a piece, the predicted nailbiter is heating up.

H2k managed to create a gap, right when it mattered most, creating a 7 to 5 halftime and as the teams swap sides, everything is still possible. PGS Gaming will need to lock down mySn's running around outside of the A bombsite to keep enough players to plant the bomb.

PGS realize they need to bring their A game as of right now to close the gap and hop over them. And so they did. Close down a 2 round gap and then jump over to create a 10 to 8 score with PGS on attack.

When H2K Gaming need it the most, they shut down and are not screaming anymore, the noice is eerily quiet two rows behind me and without that amotsphere to pull them forward, they will not win this match. In a close 2 v 2 situation, PGS Gaming outplay the somewhat passive Swedes and secure the biggest surprise win of the day, anyway, the win with the biggest consequences.
