A Reminder of Forum Rules

After dealing recently with several incidents on the forum boards a reminder of all forum rules have been published to remind our users of the guidelines to which they should adhere too.
Over the duration of the past few weeks I have been forced to investigate the activities of recent individuals, some of which will not be with us for a long period of time. I would just like to remind everyone, for the sake of a happier, more friendly TEK9 forum board, about the forum rules and guidelines that are present on the website.
You can find the forum rules below:
Registration
- One person can register only one username. Only one username is allowed per IP address.
- Certain words or combination of letters (anything offensive or related to pharmaceuticals and spam, etc) are not allowed in the username. The determination of appropriateness will be done by forum management. Usernames not complying with this policy will be deleted without notification.
- During registration process, a valid email address must be supplied. To complete registration, the user has to reply to an activation email. Please note that sometimes the activation email may end up in the spam folder. That mostly affects users with emails on aol.com, yahoo.com, or hotmail.com domains.
- Because of the spam issue, email addresses from certain domains (such as mail.ru, web.de, cashette.com and some others) cannot be used to register.
Moderation
- This forum is moderated.
- Forum moderators ensure that discussion is interesting, lively and civil.
- If you disagree with a moderator, you may contact me, explaining your case.
- Even if you disagree with moderator’s decision, you can not ignore his decision – that would be grounds for banning.
Posting guidelines
- Stay on topic. Read the thread subject and the first post, and if you are replying to the post, make sure it is relevant.
- When creating a new thread, have a meaningful and descriptive subject line.
- Use English language. Non-English posts or sentences would be deleted.
- The use of foul language on this forum is not allowed.
- Make use of the Search button.
- Please quote users directly and do not start a quote pyramid (A quote pyramid consists on more than 3 quotes).
- When quoting/posting copyrighted material, you must include author, copyright statement and a link to the source.
- When making a post, consider readability for other users. Keep in mind that other users may have a lower (or higher) screen resolution, or viewing several pages in more than one window.
a) Do not quote an entire post – only relevant part. Remove any links to images in quotes.
b) Do not post images wider that 800 pixels. If the image is wider, post it as a link.
- Consider how formatting would affect visual uniformity and ease of reading - the main body of text should be the forum default size, employ paragraph breaks, and refrain from excessive color usage or center-justified text.
Spamming
- Spammers are not welcome on this forum.
- If you are not sure whether you post might be regarded as spam, contact a moderator.
- All spam will be removed by moderators.
- Members are encouraged to report spam posts so admins can act accordingly.
- Posting identical post in more than one section of the forum is considered spam.
- Sending any commercial message using Personal Messaging (PM) feature of the forum will be considered as spamming.
- Spammers are warned and on a second offense banned from the website.
Banning of forum members
1. Reasons for ban
- Posting spam
- Registering under more than one username
- Not following requests of moderators
- Not replying within a reasonable time frame to communications by either email or Personal Messaging from moderators
- Behaviour disrespectful to moderators and administration
- Other violations of forum rules of conduct
- Quote pyramids
2. In some cases the ban is reversible if the issue could be resolved.
The Admin Team
There is a new admin team currently being built for TEK9. This will come into place in the coming months as we are aware a restructure needs to be done.
Thank you

I think there needs to be some more proof checks done before something is posted..makes the whole site look so unprofessional when there's always grammatical and spelling errors in news posts. There's probably more but I rarely read the news from this site unless it's something big.
Edit: I feel it's more the admins fault than the users for rules being broken, double standards all over the show. People being bias towards their friends, the site is going down hill and will continue to do so unless the big dogs do something about it.

As I have said above the admin team is having a major restructure. This will tackle those errors made by our current team.

That's debatable.
Let's face it, this ones absolute bollocks, for a community that based around the internet I think its safe to say we can all handle 'foul' language, and if you're going to come back with the whole 'but it reflects badly on the website'... does it fuck, we make the website what it is. Also as stephen said, hardly enforceable.
Is there a geographical law that I've missed out on at some point in my life thats stated, 'if thou shalt not have 3 layers, thou shalt not be called a pyramid'. Joke.
What type of shit rule is this? Some people have lives and the capability to go out and socialise within the real world between reading tek9. This rule basically states. " If you don't give our admins and moderators the attention they deserve for taking their time to tell you off well thats just not cricket" El Lifo Grippo.
This is a huge one in my eyes, because over the years its been quite evident that once a moderator loses an argument on the forum or admins with vendettas against individual users, then by god will that user know about it. This most definitely works both ways.

btw if you pm an admin via xfire or irc they dont even care a bit, so there is no clue that its refused to write things about them on a public forum
Sorry brah.
Sorry brah.
There's your relation.
Also I wanted to contribute something in Latin and see if I get away with it.

A new admin team are coming soon. I can guarantee it will be far better than the current team we have in place now.
Tek9 has reached the tipping-point when it comes to cretins.
And implemented something so you only show these sub forums/only certain topics.
Being in beta is so 2009.

Ban cunts like this, who think they are better than people cos they are generally smarter!
I just think that there are people posting too much stupid crap on here, which, let's be honest, is true, even if half of it is trolling.

fat
<3 ADMINS
So essentially you are calling the current admin team shit, which by the quoted rule is a bannable offence.
So by you're own statement quoted above, you need to unleash the power of the banhammer upon yourself else im starting a mass petition to have you removed from an admin position due to abusing the rules and power abuse.
for 3 weeks..
wats the record?
