In just two and a half weeks from now the Convention Factory in Amsterdam, The Netherlands will be the host of the brand new Dutch games convention, the Firstlook 2008.
The Firstlook will be taking place the 27th of September from 12:00 CET till 20:00 in the evening and offers every game fanatic the opportunity to test out the latest games, including Gears of War 2, Call of Duty World at War, LittleBigPlanet, Mirror´s Edge, Guitar Hero: World Tour, MotorStorm: Pacific Rift, Bioshock (PS3), Saints Row 2, Resistance 2, Fable 2, Far Cry 2, Prince of Persia, Midnight Club Los Angeles and Nintendo: Wii Music.
Next to the latest games, we see the return of the TMF Game Awards and the 2008 World Cyber Games The Netherlands Final, starring TEK9's very own  Patrick "Rollo" Rol, who will be taking on Bart "Bartinho" Nooyens in the Grand Final.
The ticketsales for the Firstlook event have started the 27th of August and are available at your local Free Record Shop. The tickets cost € 17,50 a piece and are available to indidivuals that are 16 years or older, due to the age restrictions on most of the games.
