The Imperial add Froster

After YoYoTech disbanded last week, some of the scenes most talented players were left without a team. Hysobe will attend the UKeSA LAN finals this weekend with ButtonBashers, and the Dutch player Erik "Froster" van den Biggelaar has been confirmed as FatLAN winners The Imperial's fifth for the upcoming summer LANs.

This all was due to founding member, Robert "mean" Kouters not being able to attend the summer events, which meant the team had to find a suitable fifth, and found a dedicated and experienced player in the ex-YoYoTech player who placed second at i36 with his former team.

The Imperial will attend both Outpost on Fire 3 and The eXperience, where they will most likely be seen as one of the underdogs, but might be able to upset some established teams as they already have victories over both ex-ButtonBashers and former Serious Gaming at the Belgian FatLAN.

Statement Roy "Obama" Godschalk to TEK-9.org: "Due to Robert being in the United States in the same weeks as the coming lans we decided to use ImpreZ as replacement, but after ImpreZ told us that he couldn't pay for the flight tickets this week we decided to look for another player, luckily for us YoYoTech.Dragons folded and we came in contact with Froster. After some games we both realised that it clicked well and we asked him to join our team.

With Froster replacing Robert we are looking forward to attend outpost on fire 3 and the experience. I want to wish ImpreZ the best of luck with exabyte and hope they will find a good org so they can attend the summer lans aswell.

Statement Erik "Froster" van den Biggelaar: "After Team Yoyotech folded i decided i really wanted to keep on playing because i enjoy the game.
