Team Infused pick up The Imperial

After saying goodbye to the remaining members of their CoD4 team earlier this week, Team Infused has made a fresh new start with the addition of The Imperial, who will be representing Infused in the Call of Duty series alongside the organisation's female team.

The new Infused team is previously known as InTheZone and more recently The Imperial and includes Chris "chenson" Henson and Darren "wannabe" Borrow, who had been a part of Team Infused from November 2008 till June 2009. The two will be joined by ex-zeroPoint! player Robbie "robzje" Heaton, the somewhat more unknown UK player George "RAIVZ" Marsh and Lee "PukKa" Martin, previously known for his time in teams such as Team Sypher and Team CoolerMaster.

As announced earlier this week, the team will be making their appearance at the upcoming Multiplay i38 at the Newbury Racecourse between the 13th and the 16th of November and they will do so with the following roster:

Lee "PukKa" Martin
George "RAIVZ" Marsh

Statement Darren "wannabe" Borrow: "Infused has always felt like a home to us so when we were contacted about representing them at i38 and beyond, it was obviously a tempting offer. Since forming as a team, we have progressed massively and joining infused seemed like a logical step forward for us. Obviously, there is a degree of guilt within the team as Imperial were kind enough to offer us a spot so early on but were unable to support us right away so we felt the offer from infused was too good to turn down. Id like to give a massive shoutout to Mellow and Kapil for that opportunity and wish them the best of luck for the future <3
