TeK-9 Power Cup #3 - teams announced!

As 2008 is almost upon us, we have decided to announce the third installment of the TeK-9 Power Cup in the series. In the first Power Cup we saw one of the top Czech Republican teams, nEophyte, take first place with a win over eyeshow in the finals. For the second cup, eSuba.HAL3000 were favourites to win in the finals, but MY Team stopped their tearing reign and became the winners of not only the second cup, but the overall standings with 12 points overall.
The TeK-9 Power Cup #3 will once again, hold a total of 32 teams overall, and sign-ups will open on Wednesday 2 January at 21:00CET. They will close when all 32 slots have been taken. To sign-up cimply message me here on our website, or message me on IRC (tek9|sCARFACEEe @ #tek9). Remember, if you want your team to take part in the cup, you need at least a minimum of five players on your team list, on the TeK-9 website. Instructions on how to get all your members registered and on the team list can be found here.
The cup will then begin the following day, Thursday 3 January at 19:00CET, and as always, teams are required to be on IRC (#tek9) prior to the start of the cup, at around 18:45CET, to sort out servers for the first round. Crossfire, ClanBase or any MR12 ruleset PAM mode can be used for the cup, but both teams must decide and agree on what mode to use before the match starts.
A few teams and their players were uncertain of the maps used in the first and second cups. I opened a discussion on the forums regarding this and for the third cup I have decided not to bring in any new maps, but to move them around a little to fit the structure players seem to want. The mappool and schedule is as followed, for the TeK-9 Power Cup #3.

Round 1: 19:00CET (mp_strike)
Round 2: 20:00CET (mp_crash)
Round 3: 21:00CET (mp_backlot)
Round 4: 22:00CET (mp_district)
Final: 23:00CET (mp_crossfire)
