TEK9 wins OCC 24

TEK9 at MIAGE 2008

This weekend, TEK9 is attending Ordened Computer Chaos (OCC) 24 in Temse (Belgium) to compete in the Counter-Strike tournament and to host a CS 1.6 shootout.

It has been quite a journey so far, for the newest family member in TEK9 Networks. The Counter-Strike team is attending yet another event after the OutPost Tryouts and the recently French MIAGE 2008. In their mission to be(come) the best and most respectable team in Belgium, they'll participate in the 500 euro Counter-Strike tournament.

At the same moment, our very own CoD-players are fighting in a highly packed tournament in Newbury, United Kingdom - be sure to check out the i33-coverage. We'll try to become Kings ourselves by grabbing our second OCC-title in a row. To achieve this, our convincingly playstyle has to be up to par. Teams such as electronicMinded and herotiC are on the lookout to take over our crown next to the King's chair.

TEK9 wouldn't be TEK9 without the intense support, the community has given us in these years. Our organization and the popular games magazine Chief will host a CS 1.6 shootout with our beloved Thomas "hybrid" Sterk. He will be the one to beat from 13h30 till 16h30 in order to make a chance at the big prize, worth a 250 euro's. A sign of appreciation from us towards you, the thriving community.
