TEK9 Fifa PC player  JonasL played an online qualifier for the World Cyber Games national final, to be held October 17th at the SLAP.Live event. Just like Ackkie, Bryankvo and Rollo did earlier, the popular Dane managed to qualify by getting a second place.
In the national final there will only be place for the best four players of Denmark, who will try to grab the one spot for the Grand Final in Cologne, later this year. Congratiulations to JonasL and good luck in the final!

Statement TEK9 JonasL: "The qualifier ended as expected. We were only 3 persons for this first pre qualification, so my chances was pretty good, even though IstvaN was one of them. My first game was against the lowest seeded of the 3 of us, HIGHLEVEL`shc, which is a strong player so I knew I had to play up to my best to make a good result.
I won both games and already there, I was almost secured a seat in the national finals. IstvaN played HIGHLEVEL`shc right after, and showed a strong result 6-0 so he seemed to be in shape. The first game against IstvaN ended 2-2 with a goal by him in the 90 minute, and the second I lost by 2-1. It could've gone both ways I think.
My expectations at the live event in Ballerup @ SLAP Live #16, is to win the whole thing. Even though I lost against IstvaN in the prequali final, I still think I'm better, and the pressure is on IstvaN's shoulders cause I'm quite new in the scene, so everyone believes that IstvaN will go through for sure. But I think I'm able to surprise those who thinks IstvaN will go through for sure, and go to Cologne..."
