With the EPS Season 2 LAN Final just over a week away, the outcome of the hectic ESL Amateur Series online event has drawn its conclusion, with the top 4 teams from the EAS table being promoted into the EPS next season, joining the 'best of British' for a shot at a healthy jackpot (which is still awaiting confirmation) and a spot in the next LAN Finals.
This leaves the next seasons ESL UK Pro Series table looking as followed:

These four EAS teams take the places of the four sides which have dropped out throughout the duration of the event, namely The Imperial, Veritas Gaming, r!ve gaming & Subtas.

Indeed, last season was really exciting and if infused didn't play with a weaker lineup then the last game of the season could of been really exciting. After having 2 seasons where 4th place is so tightly contested i now fear that the top 4 will have such a huge gap on the rest that this could be rather boring. Premiership anyone!

Hopefully some of the UK teams will start to take EPS more seriously now, and actually get it to the standard of professionalism that Germany has for example.

We gave u a good game in the BB cup so we shouldn't be too bad to play against
well we pld u last game of the season and u couldnt handle losing so u went around asking everyone what they thought of us hoping they would say yeah hackers so u could try and get us kicked out of the eps and u call me sad n1 sidney

except for gunner your team is the most blatent team of hackers any1 has ever seen. And for that 'asking around' i got statements from every EAS team bar p1/fifth who basically told me the same as im telling you: your a shitter, abusing rules, constant abuse ingame/outgame and ur a cheating fuck. Played you many times, sometimes you just don't know who you are playing (IE mixes)
now honestly i seen you play fucking awesome, i mean like i have watched alot of quadv and demos to establish what a awesome player and a shitty player is.
I seen you play awesome to the stage of.. WTF this guy hacks like a cunt
yet when it comes to officials you suck ass.. maybe its the nerves.. you might get sweaty hands while you play or something... who cares.. end of the day the only player you got is gunner because he is fucking awesome!! and is funny @ lan.. cannot handle is drink :P
as far as the new teams go, <3 goes to tomzki and scott, glad to see at least 2 decent players being where they should be, cant actually wait for this coming season, cu on fellas :)
just so you know, the lowest prize money paid out to a team in season 1 was £500 - so thats £100 each garanteed for just turning upto games and either claiming a forefit win or getting money from other teams mistakes in getting penalty points.
Its the easiest cash to obtain and i dont know why teams are retarded enough to fold when they could just turn up and recieve straight loss. It also makes it worse for everyone else if they fold!

Look at immature, racist and/or off-topic posts here on TEK9, look at the flag and tell me which country holds the majority of those posts. And if the same thing counts in-game - you got your answer why.
I think most German teams are in general just older, tends to not to be so cocky and more focused.
