On Cyperfight.org it has been announced that ASUS Autumn Open will be held in Moscow, Russia on two separated weekends (15th-16th and 29th-30th) in November in two different LAN centers. Like in ASUS Summer held in August, Call of Duty 4 is among the big games with a modest prize pot of 125 000 rubles (around 3 500 euros).
Followed by the successful tournament in August the Call of Duty 4 tournament will be open to everyone and it currently holds 32 open slots. Last time the money gathered 26 teams from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus and with a little extra money involved, 32 teams shouldn't be a problem.
Unfortunately the event doesn't take place at the best possible time as already some of the major teams in the scene are inactive and waiting for the World at War hit the stores on 14th of November. Still it will be a great LAN for the local teams as well as for teams from the East.
The top four at ASUS Summer Open in August:

2.
