4Kings are CB EuroCup XXII TDM champions

4Kings were crowned the ClanBase EuroCup XXII Quake Live Team Deathmatch champions after overcoming the challenge of Team Alpha.

Team Alpha had to play METSU earlier in the night in the Lower Bracket and took a 2-1 win. However, fatigue may have taken its toll later on in the night as they entered the Grand Final. To win, Team Alpha would have to win two best-of-threes.

4Kings looked as though they could brush the challenge off quickly with an opening map win. However, Team Alpha had other plans. They regrouped to win the next maps of the series to reset the match. The Grand Final entered a final best-of-three series with the winner claiming the tournament win.

It was then up to 4Kings to rally the troops. It was a challenge they relished as they crushed Team Alpha in the first map and held off a late charge in the second map. The second series finished 2-0 in favour of 4Kings.
