We prefer someone that has an custom cms, wordpress, webspell experience.
How many jobs ?
As my main coder is very busy at school, i have refused 5 paid coding jobs ! And that in 1 month.
So i suggest 1 or 2 clients each month.

most of esports sites are done through wordpress..
and no i aint talking about them budget webspell ones like skitlite
