Riot have enough money to buy new servers, but it's not just like "click purchase button" - they have to be detailly configured, prepared, work with each other and tested before release. As Riot mentioned few times by now, 100 new servers in Frankfurt has been ordered - thanks to them we'll get rid off US servers and login queues.
Apparently the servers have already been ordered, but doesnt say anything on the ETA of those servers. Lets hope it will be soon.
2) Yorick - the Gravedigger will be released at 2am tomorrow along with quite a few nerfs/buffs contained in a new patch, which you can read about here

The champion spotlight is delayed, but supposedly should be done tonight or tomorrow.
3) New free rotation is: Annie, Katarina, LeBlanc, Malphite, Rammus, Tristana, Urgot, Veigar, Warwick, Zilean.
4) New map 'The Magma Chamber' has been delayed again, doesnt look like its gonna be out any time soon.

indeed it is siR!11!!1!!!
so i dont think these problems will be fixed soon, cause they said the same thing about new servers months ago.
but we can always hope ;)
