Download rainmeter: rainmeter.net/cms/

Then use skin illusto/feeds and edit the file to look like this: pastebin.com/invVsjHu

And it will look like this : i42.tinypic.com/2ypc4k4.jpg

right click on the feed and click edit skin , this should open Feeds.ini wich u can modify the feedlink (its almost on the top) :

[Variables]
; Variables declared here can be used later on between two # characters (e.g. #MyVariable#).
fontName=Trebuchet MS
textSize=8
colorBar=235,170,0,255
colorText=255,255,255,205
getItem=.*(?(?=.*<div class="item">).*<div class="item">.*<a href="(.*)">(.*)</a>)
feedURL=http://feeds.gawker.com/lifehacker/full change this into www.tek-9.org/rss/news/all/
; edit feedURL to change displayed feed

xfire : drsilentbob , if it doesnt work u're welcome to add me :)
