from what i've read and also tried out on my own stream, you kinda need a good upload rate or, in your case you should try to lower the VBV quality and overall quality to something like.. 800 on the VBV and 6 on the quality, just experiment with them values, also, im watching the stream :p

you edit it on your streams settings page on xsplit, settings - user settings - channels - Own3d yourname - edit and then just search for video enconding, its right under the presets bar.

you could also lower the resolution being transmited
