I see that every moviemaker nowadays is using avidemo instead of fraps to record frags,why is that? I mean avidemo takes like forever and there isnt really any diffrence in quality so why avidemo?
so I decided to use avidemo but now I need an advice..avidemo 90 or avidemo 200??? I know that 200 is smoother etc. but the filesize kills me,so is there really that big diffrence between 90 and 200? Or maybe there is some way to reduce the filesize of avidemo 200?

Avidemo may take longer but its worth it in every way.

p,s when recording with fraps ppl some times forget to actually edit the scene by just speeding it up @ vegas / that is what happend with me ;$
