When the voting period is over, all community votes will be counted and will determine the 10 finalists. The community votes also play a role in determining the final top 10.

The votes by the jury will be added together and a global top 10 will be made. The votes of the jury will act as 75% of the grand total, the community votes will act as the remaining 25%. MW2 frag movie on its way LOL
What does 'Content' mean? Does it mean the frags? Are the frags being judged by skill level, or the amount of frags you can fit into one minute? Or does it mean the amount of custom content (skin/sky/maps) you can throw into the mix? What percentage of the vote will be attributed to content if it is the 'focus of the voting' for the competition?
'Quality and Colours' of what? The player bar, the skins, the sky replacement, what? 'Music' tastes differ from person to person, so what music would the judges like to hear? 'In-Game Sound' is the same for everyone right? Or do you mean they must be included, original, and not faked?
What if someone was to make a chiaroscuro style silent movie featuring the statues in the maps, would that disqualify them from the competition?

Content will probably have a bit to do with frags i.e no shit frags . but most likely how u use chosen sequences and the editing used and such?
Seems like you just want everything laid out on a plate for you.
although i will rate shitty ingame-sounds lower ;d
what about movies with no ingame sounds?
what about a B&W movie?
edited 2009-12-05 13:27:18
but if i get a hq-movie with crappy ingame-sounds(crackling) i will definitely consider this in my final rating.
