Takes two minutes. Login and click whatever TV station you want in channel list and it'll stream, simple. It's what I use to watch Skins/Shameless on E4/E4+1 because I don't have a TV in my room.
It is like 5 minutes behind though, so if you're watching the game make sure you don't let people spoil for you when a goal goes in :p
