He'll always be manc first, English second to me but it's a massive loss, if only for his impact on squad morale. Hope he gets better soon, though I think this is the beginning of the end for the best England player of our generation.
actually really feeling for him, he's been playing and training so hard for this actually wanting it alot more than alot of the younger England players,
It's sods law that we will now go on to win the world cup with Beckham not being apart of it, such a shame he must be completely heartbroken
ytrid....theres more than 2 teams better than you . England have the players, but as a team, are shite. And you cant say because they were beaten once in qualifiers that theyre a force to be reckoned with, look at their group ffs.
what you mean he wouldnt get a game lol. i guarentee he would of got a few games. hes world class and consistent. huge blow hopefully he takes up capello's offer of going along with the team he will be a huge influence either way.
I'm gonna go with it's possible for him to get fit by the time of the first match of the World Cup. This is just a repeat of what happened during the last World Cup were he suffered the same injury and was able to play in the first match of the season for Real Madrid. To be honest, England does not have many options for the right midfield position at the moment. Nobody stands out. Walcott is just getting his form and Lennon is injured at the moment. Wright-Phillips is alright, but he is more of a backup. To be honest, England has nobody good on the flanks at the moment kind of like what Beckham provided. Too much.
But such a blow. Hopes he gets better. Still, one of the best. I will never forget the free kick against Greece.
although you never know, suppose they'll no more tomorrow after he attends the the specialist in Finland.

The 93rd minute at Old Trafford. BECKHAMMMMMMMMMM..... YES, YES, HE'S DONE IT, DAVID BECKHAM, FANTASTIC!
It's sods law that we will now go on to win the world cup with Beckham not being apart of it, such a shame he must be completely heartbroken
but as a team, we're shit
Feel sorry for him tho as he's still quite a good player.
never forget the greece freekick/game, he ran around constantly, one of the best games he's ever played, basically got a draw by himself.
saw that match btw =D
But such a blow. Hopes he gets better. Still, one of the best. I will never forget the free kick against Greece.
