xfire problem

Everytime i try to connect xfire, i'm logged on for about 10 seconds before my router restarts. I've tried to connect on other networks (with the same computer) and it worked fine there.
Anyone had the same problem?
What did you do to fix it?

after the latest xfire patch many errors came up, they will fix the prog in the next days (hopefully)
I also have re-installed windows, configured and reset my settings on modem and router but nothing have worked.
The wierd thing is that it works perfectly at my mothers place (she's got the same modem and router as i do)
