Problem with quickbar

Hey, I load Windows up and this as happened to my quick bar, no idea how. I turned my PC on, all loaded up, next thing I know them arrows are there, and if I press them all that happens is the icons vanish.

Any ideas on what to do to fix it?

I've tried closing explorer.exe process and re-opening it, still fails :S
