LF good webdesign(er)

Dear TEKniners,
I am looking for talented webdesigner, or nice webdesign for my clan sEnsitive eSports. Our website is 4 years old so its really time to get the new one, we already have new decent CMS, but still need to find some pretty layout.

Please post some of your works, or links to some good designer (would prefer amateur, but not necessarily), deviantart links or anything that would help me. And yes, I will pay you if I choose your work.
