Avidemo problem :D

So, I always do avidemo 90, then set frame rate in Vdub to 30, open it in Vegas and set playback rate to 3, then render uncompressed (29.970fps) and I render it out again in Vdub with frame rate 30 to get final result...
Now I've tried with avidemo 240, set frame rate in Vdub to 240, rendered in Vegas (29.970fps) uncompressed, and again to get final result - rendered in Vdub with frame rate 240. But the clip is too fast.
Where did I fail? :(
anyhow what youre doing when you put it back in vdub after vegas, you just rendered it at 30 fps and obviously changing to framerate from 30 to 240 will speed it up
and dont use 240 audio doesnt sync right with it
