ok so just downloaded avira and virus scanned for the first time since win7 came out, and within seconds it found some ord32.exe (supposedly some dangerouse trojan.... w/e)

got me thinking.... £1500 machine here i shud reli keep it virus free lol, since ive not bothered in so long using any AV/AS software ive no idea whats good now and whats not.

got me wondering what u lot all use and what not to bother with

Virus free = Nortan ...that shit blocks all but uses way to many ram.
NOD32 = Good , blocks most shizzle en uses way less ram then nortan

Try some virus scanner called Sophos, its used at high used servers

kaspersky 2010 it's worth paying for, only like 30€ and it's awesome.

Nod32 made my PC crash randomly so I just stick with Norton.

I used to use AVG Free Edition, but found out that it is complete shit.. so now I use F-Secure which has worked pretty good so far :)

Ive never liked norton , but got on very well with Nod32 :]
