Regardless, should be given an opportunity in dignitas instead of Dig announcing the same mixture of players every time they make a team that never seems to work
GL boys, would be a contender to win any LAN you attend

work on presentation of your team, budget you need with exact prices, goals of your team, expectations and what you can offer to your org :)
then you can send it to few orgs without CoD4 and just wait :],

Basicly, they need a manager.
HAHA! You'd be surprised m8
Good luck finding something though.
good luck!
;D
Best of luck !
Create a professional presentation, include examples of how you could benefit the org that arent simply good finishes at events. Do any of you have succesful social media/youtube accounts etc? Go about it like a business transaction, you have to prove to them that what you can offer is worth their time and money.
I would also think about changing your current name, 'Fuck the Police' doesnt really give a good first impression. If was in charge of an organisation and I received an email with a subject like 'Fuck the Police cod4 team looking for a professional organisation to represent' I would be very hesitant about spending any time looking at it.
Other than the above try and speak to people via contacts you might have in other organisations / teams. People are a lot more willing to listen when you have been recommended to them by someone they know.
Hope any of that helps.
Stacey has already started a PDF, but we've pretty much contacted every org we can already, looks like we're going to Croatia on our own :)

really nice team
Just a suggestion.
Their team name was never a problem. I would be more worried if I had a loud mouth embarrassment in my team like blackmane who just gives your team a bad name due to child like behaviour.
Put yourselves in the shoes of the org, not the shoes of the players. I'm only giving my opinion on the fact that if they want a good, reputable org, they should change their name.
In your presentation, make you sure emphasise as much as possible what you can offer them in the way of exposure and results. You have to go the extra mile these days, a simple email doesnt suffice anymore.

And before that there was MYM which lasted a long time aswell. As far as I'm aware most of us have only tried coming back 2 maybe 3 tops in the past. Completely normal over the space of however long this game has been around.
And although there's no guarantee, with a bit of effort I'm sure that team can and will achieve great results where ever they play :)
Another one of your major problems is the fact that one of your players is extremely vocal about how dead the game is.

these lads really deserve a decent org !
1. Change your name (as seanza said the orgs you got picked up with before probably knew the scene, if you come across an org not familiar with cod4, the name will put them off instantly and it doesnt look like you are a top mature team
2. Dont just email the org and then sit back and do nothing. From experience, find the orgs website, look up the manager and there irc channel, go on the channel and pm the manager and ask politely if it is possible to have a few minutes of his time. You are much more likely to get a reply this way. If he says sure, explain who you are and then offer to send him your pdf.
3. You said you emailed orgs already, but you also state you havent finished your pdf document yet. What exactly did the email say? We are fuck the police cod4 team pick us up. And you wonder why you only got 1 reply? ;d Finish the pdf before you do anything, then do as I said above and message the managers first.
Think you will increase your chances a lot by doing this.
But none of us have any previous experience with searching for org's etc so nobody knew were to start. Nreo helped us out a lot and so I'd like to thank him for it. Will take what you said on board aswell myzz thanks :) Just don't really want a name change :<
