Not really, since N-K wouldn't stand a chance against U.S supported S-K. Their army is not that much bigger 1,2mil vs. 700k active troops + reserves of ~7mil and ~5mil. What you have to remember, is that S-K has around 4 times more capital than N-K. People are dying of hunger in N-K, since the country is very poor and 1/4th of the money is spend on military.
