Thats the template I'm hoping to use (because I'm cheap like that), all I need is someone to create similar pages according to the links on the header (Home, Community, Achievements etc) link the pages and install a message board or (depending on price) create a message board.

u just need do copy/past of index.html and then change name.
and then u go into dreamweaver and u make a link to that html file. then u just need edit the html file. u dont need pay anyone to do that.
